Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - MB/09/00587/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The outbuilding hereby permitted shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the dwelling known as 127 High Street, Henlow, Beds, SG16 6AE.

Reason: The ancillary accommodation created by the development is not suitable, because of the circumstances of the site, to be used as a separate, independent residential unit.
2) Notwithstanding any provision of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order with or without modification) no further window or other opening shall be formed on the outbuilding.

Reason: To protect the amenities of occupiers of neighbouring properties.
