1) The proposed car port by reason of its size, siting and design, would appear unduly prominent within the streetscene and setting of 11 Narrow Path, having a detrimental impact on the character and appearance of this part of the conservation area, contrary to policies DPS5, DPS6, CHE11, PPS1: Delivering Sustainable Development and PPG15: Planning and the Historic Environment
