Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal would constitute an unsatisfactory form of development resulting in an unacceptable level of overlooking of No. 21 Bradshaws Close, to the detriment of the amenity of the occupiers of that adjoining property. The proposal is therefore contrary to the principles of good design set out in Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies BE8 and H8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
