Conditions or Reasons:
1) The two storey side extension by virtue of its depth and height at first floor level would result in a detrimental loss of amenity to the neighbouring property at 13 Hurst Grove due to loss of light; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS5 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005.
