Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed access, if permitted, would lead to the introduction of traffic movements, to and from an inadequate access, and involve the reversing of vehicles onto or off a busy classified road, where no provision is made for adequate driver/driver, diver/cyclist and driver/pedestrian intervisibility, and would therefore cause danger and inconvenience to users of the highway and the property. As such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS5 of the Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan (2005).
