Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works hereby consented shall be begun within three years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) Before development starts on site, the method of attaching the wall signs to the shop front shall be submitted in writing to the Local Planning Authority for approval and development carried out as per the approved details.

Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building in accordance with Planning Policy Guidance Note 15: Planning and the historic environment.
3) The external appearance of the shopfront shall be 'Cambridge blue' unless otherwise agreed in writing by the local planning authority.
