Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/06/01167
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Before development begins, samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of all new buildings shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority.
REASON: To control the appearance of the building/s.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8 & H8, S.B.L.P.R).
3) The windows shaded blue shown on plan PREW/02P/SK(A)06A shall be permanently glazed with obscured glass.
REASON: To protect the privacy of the occupiers of adjoining properties.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8 & H8, S.B.L.P.R).
4) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order 1995, or any amendments thereto, the garage accommodation on the site shall not be used for any purpose, other than as garage accommodation, unless permission has been granted by the District Planning Authority on an application made for that purpose.
REASON: To retain off-street parking provision and thereby minimise the potential for on-street parking which could adversely affect the convenience of road users.(Policies 42 B.S.P & T1 S.B.L.P.R).
5) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan received 11/10/06, and Drawing Nos. PREW/01P/SK(A)O6A and PREW/O2P/SK(A)/06A received 21/11/06 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
