Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development, by reason of the inappropriate design of its roof, would create a feature of incongruous appearance, being out of character with the locality and resulting in significant harm to the character and appearance of the streetscene, contrary to the principles of good design as set out in Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies H8 and BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
