Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/06/01175
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) When not in operational use the mast and aerial shall be retracted below the ridge level of the dwelling. When in operational use the mast and aerial shall only be raised to the minimum height required for operational purposes.
REASON: To safeguard the visual amenity of the locality.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8, S.B.L.P.R.).
3) This permission is for the sole benefit of Mr R Brand and shall extend to no other person, partnership, firm or company. For the avoidance of doubt, upon the mast and aerials no longer being required or on the applicant disposing of his interest in the site, the mast and aerials shall be removed from the site.
REASON: To ensure the retention of planning control by the District Planning Authority on the disposal of the present applicant's interest in the land and buildings.

4) This permission relates only to the details shown on Drawing No. 06/130 received 11/10/06 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
