Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal would result in an undesirable and unacceptable form of development such that it would have an adverse impact on the residential amenity of the occupiers of number 9 Longfield Road in terms of overlooking and number 5 Longfield Road in terms of overbearing impact and loss of light; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005 and also the Council's Technical Guidance, 'Extensions and Alterations: A Design Guide for Householders' (2004).
