Conditions or Reasons:
1) The use of the proposed buildings in a residential area as a commercial boarding cattery would likely engender an attraction to cats and other animals in the neighbourhood and, together with the boarded animals, would give rise to noise, odour and other disturbance. This would result in a significant and unacceptable loss of amenity to occupiers of nearby dwellinghouses and consequently be contrary to Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policy BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
