Conditions or Reasons:
1) That on the 'balance of probability' the applicant has provided sufficient evidence to support the claim that the section of the building outlined in red on drawing CBC/1 has been used for storage of domestic electrical appliances with access to the site being taken only between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday to Fridays and 9am to 2pm on Saturdays in excess of ten years, therefore the use is considered to be lawful.
