Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/09/05383/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The site lies in a rural location well outside of the built up area of the village of Harlington in the South Beds Green Belt where the proposed conversion of part of this residential annexe building into a tea room and shop will be in conflict with Mid Beds Local Plan policies CS25, LPS2 and EMP7 as well as PPG2
2) The proposal if permitted would lead to the formation of an access at which visibility provision is below the required standards to permit a safe and convenient manoeuvre to the detriment of highway safety, and would therefore be contrary to policy DPS5 of the Mid Beds Local Plan First Review 2005.
