Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/09/05390/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby approved shall be commenced within three years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 which is designed to ensure that a planning permission does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) Details of the storage and disposal of manure and the precise location of any manure storage area shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. Dung shall be stored and disposed of strictly in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: In the interests of neighbouring amenity and to prevent pollution of the environment.
3) No manure shall be burnt on site.
Reason: To safeguard the amenities of occupiers of nearby properties.
4) The development hereby permitted shall be used only as private, non-commercial stabling and for no other purpose.
Reason: To prevent the stables from being used for commercial purposes to the detriment of the locality.
5) Prior to the first use of the site to keep horses, a 1.1metre high sheep wire fence shall be erected alongside the boundary with 'The Orchard', the location of which shall prevent any potential damage of plants, shrubs or trees by horses.

Reason: In order to protect existing vegetation alongside the application site.
