Conditions or Reasons:
1) The permission shall extend only to the application as amended by plan numbers 081007 Drawing No.: 02 Rev: A; 081007 Drawing No.: 03 Rev: A; MBDC/1 Rev A received 14.1.09.

Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is implemented in accordance with the plans formally approved by the Local Planning Authority.
2) No retained tree shall be cut down, uprooted or destroyed within 1 year of the moving of the boundary fence, without the written approval of the Local Planning Authority

If any retained tree is removed, uprooted or destroyed or dies, another tree shall be planted at the same time and that tree shall be of such a size and species, and shall be planted at such time, as may be specified in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

In this condition "retained tree" means an existing tree which is to be retained in accordance with Plan 081007 Drawing No.: 03 Rev: A.

Reason: To safeguard the existing trees on the site in the interests of visual amenity.
