Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/06/01201
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The windows in the side elevation of the extension, facing towards 67 Stoke Road as shown on Drawing No's 200A Rev A and 201 Rev A received 24 November 2006 shall be permanently glazed with obscured glass.
REASON: To protect the privacy of the occupiers of the adjoining property.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8 & H8, S.B.L.P.R).
3) New external facing and roofing materials shall match those of the existing building as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8 & H8 S.B.L.P.R).
4) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no additional windows shall be inserted into the approved extensions.
REASON: To protect the privacy of neighbouring residents.

5) This permission relates only to the details shown on Drawing No's 200 Revision A and 201 Revision A received 24 November 2006 and Drawing No's 202 and 900 received 20 October 2006 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
