Conditions or Reasons:
1) The container hereby approved shall be retained on the site for a limited period of 5 years commencing from the date of this decision notice. At the end of the period the container shall be completely removed from the site within a period of 6 months.
REASON: To ensure that the Local Authority has control of the site in the interests of visual amenity.
2) Before work begins details of the colour of the container hereby granted approval shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The work shall be carried out only in accordance with the approved details.
REASON: In the interests of amenity.
(Policy BE8, S.B.L.P.R).
3) Prior to development commencing the existing portacabin shall be removed from the site.
REASON: In the interests of amenity

4) The container hereby permitted development shall only be used for the storage of sports equipment ancillary to the use of Poplars Field as an area for outdoor sport.
REASON: To ensure that the Local Planning Authority has control over the use of the development.
5) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Location Plan received 28/08/2009, Block Plan received 25/08/2009 and Elevation Plans received 28/08/2009 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
