Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/09/05528/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The turning space for vehicles illustrated on the approved Plan 5392/002 shall be constructed before the development is first brought into use and thereafter be retained for that purpose.

REASON: To enable vehicles to draw off, park and turn outside the highway limits thereby avoiding the reversing of vehicles onto the highway.

3) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan & Site Plan received 22/07/09, Floor and Elevation Drawings received 07/08/09 and Drawing No.5392/002 received 30/09/09 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
