Conditions or Reasons:
1) The existing development because of its size, siting and design, is out of character with the existing dwelling and other similar properties in the locality and harmful to the visual amenity of the area and privacy of nearby residents. The development is therefore contrary to the principles of good design as set out in Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies H8 and BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
