Conditions or Reasons:
1) Notwithstanding the details submitted in support of this application the roof tiles on the car port shall be in natural clay and details of these shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority within three months of the date of this permission. The approved tiles shall be used as a replacement to the concrete ones within 3 months of the date of approval of the natural clay tiles.

Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the completed development and the setting of the Grade ll listed cottage.
