Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/09/05847/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development fails to make adequate provision for off street parking and removes the existing dwelling's parking. If permitted, the development would lead to an increase of on street parking thereby resulting in traffic congestion and additional hazards to users of the highway, contrary to the aims of Policy CS4 of the Core Strategy Adopted November 2009.
2) The application fails to have regard to the Council's Planning Obligations Strategy adopted 2008, insofar as it is not accompanied by an acceptable undertaking to provide contributions to local infrastructure. The application therefore fails to accord with the Adopted Planning Obligations Strategy, Policy CS2 of the Core Strategy Adopted November 2009 and PPS1: Delivering Sustainable Development.
