Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/09/05896/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The use hereby permitted shall be carried on for a limited period of 1 year commencing from the date of this decision notice, at the end of which period the use shall cease.

Reason: In order that the impact of the use on the amenities of adjoining dwellings can be assessed by the Local Planning Authority.
2) This permission shall not be exercised by any person other than Lesley Dudziak and shall not endure for the benefit of the land. Additional staff may not be employed within the building without the prior agreement in writing of the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: The Local Planning Authority considers that the exceptional personal circumstances of the applicant override the planning objections which would normally compel the authority to refuse permission for the development hereby permitted.
3) The use shall only operate between the hours of 10am to 1pm on Mondays, 6.30pm to 8.30pm on Tuesdays, 12pm to 2pm on Thursdays and 9am to 12pm on Fridays, and not at all on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. The use shall not operate at any other time without the prior agreement in writing of the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the amenities which the occupiers of neighbouring properties might reasonably expect to enjoy.
4) There shall be no commercial deliveries/collections to or from the business use hereby permitted at any time.
Reason: To ensure that the amenities of neighbouring occupiers are not prejudiced by excessive noise.
5) The permission shall extend only to the application as amended by the plans received on 15th October 2009.

Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is implemented in accordance with the plans formally approved by the Local Planning Authority.
