Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/09/05979/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Prior to the first use of the conservatory hereby permitted, the windows shown coloured blue on Drawing No. 821.11 shall be fixed shut and glazed with obscured glass and thereafter permanently retained in that state.
REASON: To protect the privacy of the occupiers of adjoining property.
(Policies BE8 & H8, S.B.L.P.R).
3) Before the first use of the conservatory hereby permitted , the fence along the eastern boundary of the property directly opposite to the conservatory shall be raised to a height of 1.8 metres for the entire depth of the conservatory and the screen fence so erected shall be permanently maintained at that height.
REASON: To ensure that privacy is adequately maintained.
(Policy BE8, S.B.L.P.R).
4) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan, Block Plan and Drawing Nos. 821.10 & 821.11 received 14/09/09 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
