Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/09/06016/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) This permission is for the sole benefit of Sarah Simms, operating a pick up service only dog grooming business and shall extend to no other person, partnership, firm or company.
REASON: To ensure the retention of planning control by the Local Planning Authority on the disposal of the present applicant's interest in the land and buildings and to ensure that no additional traffic is drawn to the premises in the interests of safeguarding residential amenity.
(Policies BE8 & T10, S.B.L.P.R.).
2) The use hereby permitted shall not be operated outside the hours of 0900 to 1700 hours on any day and not at all during weekends and public holidays.
REASON : To protect the amenities of neighbouring properties.
(Policy BE8, S.B.L.P.R.).
3) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan received 17/09/09 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan and to avoid doubt.
