Conditions or Reasons:
1) Within three months of the date of the permission hereby granted, the chicken run hatched in blue on the approved drawing shall be demolished and the site cleared to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority.
REASON: To maintain the openness of the Green Belt.
(Policy BE8, S.B.L.P.R).
2) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan, Block Plan and Floor and Elevation Drawing received 25/09/09 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
