Conditions or Reasons:
1) The access way hereby permitted shall not be enlarged, widened or re-surfaced in a different material other than with the express written approval of the Local Planning Authority.
REASON: To preserve the character and appearance of the Green Belt
(Policies 7 B.S.P; BE8 and NE3 S.B.L.P.R).
2) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan and Block Plan received 21/09/09 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
