Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/06/01269
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed use would detract from the standard of residential accommodation provided and would result in the loss of a traditional family home in an accessible location which represents an unacceptable loss to housing stock. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy H7 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
2) The proposed use and resultant external alterations would detract from the character and appearance of this traditional residential building, the streetscene and the surrounding area generally. The proposal would therefore be contrary to Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policy BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
