Conditions or Reasons:
1) Notwithstanding the specification on drawing 09.1170 of use of two Velux conservation style rooflights, no work shall commence until details of an alternative conservation standard rooflight have been submitted and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The works shall be undertaken solely in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building.
