Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development would appear incongruous and overly dominant within the street scene and would result in a loss of amenity space to the detriment of the character and appearance of the surrounding area. It would therefore, result in an undesirable and unacceptable form of development, such that it would have a detrimental impact on the character of the area; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DPS6 of the Adopted Mid Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review 2005.
