Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development would, because of its siting and depth in relation to the neighbouring property, No. 29, result in an unacceptable loss of outlook and overbearing impact on the occupiers of No.29. The proposal is therefore contrary to the principles of good design as set out in national guidance within Planning Policy Statement 1, 'Delivering Sustainable Development' and to Policy DM3 of the Core Strategy Development Management Policies, Adopted 2009.
