Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/09/06183/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development would be detrimental to the character and special interest of this statutory Grade II Listed Building by reason of the roof form and structure; as such the proposal is contrary to PPG15 and Central Bedfordshire North Team Core Strategy policies CS15, DM3 and DM13.
2) The application site lies within the Ampthill Conservation Area and would neither preserve nor enhance the character and appearance of this part of the Area; as such the proposal is contrary to PPG15 and policy DM13 of the Central Bedfordshire Council North Team Core Strategy November 2009.
