Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension would overwhelm the original cottage and would be overbearing and result in a detrimental loss of light to the neighbouring property, 9 Mill Lane. The proposal would therefore result in an undesirable and unacceptable form of development to the detriment of the residential amenities of the neighbouring property, and the character of the area; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DM3 of the Adopted Core Strategy and Development Policies for Central Bedfordshire (North) 2009.
