Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development would, because of its size, siting and unsympathetic design, result in an unbalancing of the semi detached pair of dwellings, and be out of character with the existing dwelling and other similar properties in the street harmful to the visual amenities of the street scene and of nearby residents. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies H8 and BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
