1) The proposal would result in an undesirable and unacceptable form of development such that it would have an adverse impact on the amenities and outlook of the occupiers of nearby residential properties due to its overbearing appearance; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DM3 of the adopted Central Bedfordshire Council's Core Strategy and Development Management Policies Development Plan Document 2009 and Central Bedfordshire Council's Technical Guidance - Design Supplement 4: Residential Alterations and Extensions (2010).
