Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/06/01377
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The development shall only be used as an annexe/extension to the dwelling and shall not be occupied as a separate or self-contained dwelling unit.
REASON: To prevent the establishment of a separate residential unit.
(Policy BE8, S.B.L.P.R).
3) New external brickwork and roofing materials shall match those of the existing building as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE8 & H8, S.B.L.P.R).
4) Details of a solid boundary treatment to be erected in the position shown marked in blue on Drawing No. 98/D001 Rev.A shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority and the boundary treatment as approved shall be erected before the development is first occupied and thereafter retained.
REASON: To ensure that privacy is adequately maintained.

5) This permission relates only to the details shown on Drawings Nos. 98/D002 & 98/D003 received 04/12/06 and Drawing No. 98/D001 Rev.A received 15/01/07 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved drawings and to avoid doubt.
