Conditions or Reasons:
1) By virtue of their intended fenestration, glazing and the intended use of upvc rather than painted timber the proposed replacement windows would cause material harm to the character and appearance of the existing dwelling and the Toddington Conservation Area. This would be contrary to Policies 13 and 14 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 and Policies BE4 and BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
