Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed extension, is not sufficiently offset from the side curtilage of the property to prevent a future visually unacceptable terracing effect should the neighbour wish to construct a similar style of extension. As such the proposed extension is considered to conflict with Policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies, Central Bedfordshire (North), November 2009 and Design Supplement 4: Residential Alterations and Extensions.
