Conditions or Reasons:
1) The application fails to have regard to the Council's adopted Planning Obligations Strategy adopted 2008, insofar as it is not accompanied by an acceptable undertaking to provide contributions to local infrastructure. The application therefore fails to accord with the Adopted Planning Obligations Strategy, Policy CS2 of the Core Strategy Adopted November 2009 and PPS1: Delivering Sustainable Development.
