Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/10/00304/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.
REASON: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Before work begins, details of the materials to be used for the gate piers and walls and roof for the repairs to the outbuilding shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The work shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
REASON: To control the appearance of the boundary treatment and buildings.
3) This consent relates only to the details shown on Drawing No. 4111/1 and 4111/2/A received 01/02/10 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
