| Conditions or Reasons: | 1)
The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |

Before work begins and notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, details of the materials and specification of the new external windows, doors, walls, roof, rainwater goods and external gate of the proposed greenhouse, replacement boiler shed, linkwall and external gate shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority. The work shall be carried out only in accordance with the approved details.
REASON: To protect the special architectural and historic interest of the building
(Policies 13 & 14, B.S.P.; BE2, S.B.L.P.R). |

Before work begins and notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, detailed drawings of the proposed new external windows, doors and roof lights of the greenhouse, boiler shed and the proposed new gate showing fenestration, sections, mouldings, the relationship with the external envelope of the building, and arch / cill details (where relevant) shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority.The work shall be carried out only in accordance with the approved details.

This Permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan, Ground Floor Plan (existing), Ground Floor Plan (proposed) and Elevation Drawing C received 7th December 2006 and Elevation Drawing D, Elevation Drawing E and Elevation Drawing F received 20th December 2006 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt. |
