1) Inadequate provision is included in the proposal for the satisfactory parking of vehicle(s) clear of the highway and the proposal would therefore lead to danger, obstruction and inconvenience to other users of the highway. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies, Central Bedfordshire (North), November 2009.
