Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed two storey extension, by nature of its design and size, represents an unacceptable enlargement of the dwelling to the detriment of the character and appearance of the streetscene; as such the proposal is contrary to Policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies Development Plan Document (2009) and the Council's technical guidance - Design Supplement 4: Residential Alterations and Extensions (2010).
