Conditions or Reasons:
The proposed garage and driveway are of insufficient length to allow a car to be parked in the garage whilst the garage's door is closed and to stand free of the public highway when standing on the driveway leading to overhanging of the highway to the detriment of highway safety. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies, Central Bedfordshire (North), November 2009.
