Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/10/00719/VOC
Conditions or Reasons:
1) This permission is limited to a period expiring on 31/05/15 when the use(s) shall be discontinued unless before that date the Local Planning Authority has granted permission for its (their) continuation.
REASON: To allow the Local Planning Authority to review the use(s) when the permission expires.
(Policy BE8 S.B.L.P.R).
2) The building hereby permitted shall be used only for the purposes of storage of plant ancillary to a landscape contractors business and domestic storage, directly relating to the occupier(s) of the adjacent residential property No.55 Common Road.
Reason: To enable control of this use adjacent to a residential property.
(Policies ENV7 R.S.S; BE8 S.B.L.P.R).
3) All machinery and equipment to be used by reason of this permission shall be so installed, maintained and operated as to prevent the transmission of noise and vibration into any neighbouring premises.
REASON: To prevent nuisance from noise and vibration and to safeguard the amenities of the area.
(Policy BE8 S.B.L.P.R).
4) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plans received 13/04/10 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
