Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/10/00730/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby approved shall be commenced within three years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 which is designed to ensure that a planning permission does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) The glazing bars and powder coated steel frame and supports of the structure hereby approved shall be painted in dark green to match the paint colour used on adjacent outbuildings.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the development in the interests of the visual amenities of the Conservation Area and the setting of the Listed Buildings at 13 and 15 George Street, Woburn.
