Conditions or Reasons:
1) Class B of Schedule 2 Part 1 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Amendment) (No.2) (England) Order 2008 relates to the enlargement of a dwellinghouse consisting of an addition or alteration to its roof.

The proposed drawing no. 2010/06/01 details that the dormer window is to be rendered with a painted finish. The existing dwelling is of a brick construction and as such, the development cannot comply with condition (a) which requires that the materials used are to be of a similar appearance to those used in the construction of the exterior of the existing dwellinghouse. As such the development is not considered lawful.
