Conditions or Reasons:
1) The raising in height of the roof of this two storey house to create a three storey dwelling will be to the detriment of its character and appearance. This would be in conflict with policy DM3 in the Core Strategy and Development Management Policy document dated November 2009 as well as the Central Bedfordshire Design Guide on House extensions and alterations.
2) The raising in height of the roof of this two storey house to create a three storey property will be out of keeping with the character of the street scene to the detriment of the visual amenities of the area. This will be in conflict with policy DM3 in the Core Strategy and Development Management Policy document dated November 2009.
