Conditions or Reasons:
1) The building hereby permitted shall only be used for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling and no trade or business shall be carried out therefrom.
REASON: To prevent the introduction of an inappropriate use harmful to the residential character of the area.
(Policy BE8 S.B.L.P.R).
2) Before the building hereby permitted is first occupied or brought into use, the rooflight within the south facing roofslope shall be permanently glazed with obscured glass.
REASON: To protect the privacy of the occupiers of adjoining properties.
(Policy BE8 S.B.L.P.R).
3) This permission relates only to the details shown on Drawing No. 0709/4A received 15/03/10 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan and to avoid doubt.
