Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/10/00943/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby approved shall be commenced within three years of the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 which is designed to ensure that a planning permission does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) Any rainwater goods shall be in cast iron or black painted aluminium and not plastic. The new brick work shall be in flemish bond with matching mortar and finish (a conservation, brushed, flush finish, recessed behind the bricks, not struck). Bricks shall be Wienerberger reclaimed Shire Sovereign, roof tiles in natural slate, both unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development and the character of the Conservation Area by ensuring that the brick type, bond and mortar is a good match to the existing house.
