1) The extension is considered to present an unacceptable impact to neighbours of the applicant's property by reason of the extension being overbearing development and increasing overshadowing to a habitable room. As such the extension is considered to fail Policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies, Central Bedfordshire (North), November 2009 and Supplement 4: Residential Alterations and Extensions 2009.
